Personality:
Tomoe is a very happy-go-lucky person, No matter what hard ships she goes through she always manages to put on a smile and she cares about others more then she cares about her self, another reason why she always smiles is because she doesn't want people to worry about her, She act's like she never has any problems but she will always try to help others with their problems-- she is always ready to help and she tries to stay as open minded as possible. She has a strong sense of justice. She is actually very bright, she just doesn't want to show it.

She can be some what oblivious to what is happening around her, she like to joke around and when she finds out that you playing around she would just play along. She likes to pull pranks.She can be clumsy and forgetful-- she could be holding Maru-tan in her hands and be like ' OH NO--- WHERE IS MARU!?"

she still has a very sensitive side.

History:
Tomoe's parents were science, he mothers studied marine life and her father studied the life of reptiles. As a kid she was always a good girl she understood when her parents had to stay late at work and when they couldn't come home every night, that's why they gave her Maru, she was 8 when this little girl joined the family. Tomoe was always allowed in the lab since she would never really touch anything, she loved looking at all the species of aquatic life her mother had and by the set her father had.

Tomoe was always a bright girl, she spent more time in her parents Laboratory reading books and formulas and solving math equations then hanging out with her cousins and friends and also because he parents preferred her to stay inside. On times she would leave her house was to go with her mother to the beach, and where ever she did go with her mother the waters would be so clear and the creatures would just seem to show their selves but sometimes the weather would be horrible, this made Tomoe's mother laugh at times " the sea must be jealous of you Tomoe~".Sometimes her mother would tell her about when she younger, like how she would disappear from the house just to be found at the waters edge,how her mother told her never to go to the beach alone ,and how people always taught that she was a mermaid because of how her hair and eyes glows under that sun, and how her parents had to always make sure that she was in the house before dusk.

when Tomoe turned 13 her parents had to leave for a very important research , she was left with her older cousin Ryan he was 24 and a very wealthy business man, from the start Ryan and Tomoe we're very close, and during her parents absences he made a very good father figure. When the time came Ryan heard about Tsunami Gakuen , his eyes shined as this seemed like a great place for Tomoe to learn more about the ocean he told her and she loved the idea.

So now she attends Tsunami Gakuen to learn more about what she doesn't know at to figure out why her mother kept her away from the ocean and to make friends and show her parents how bright she has become since they left..

Additional Info:
○ while she is rather useless-- |D , Moe has a nice singing voice and a passion for science.
○ when she talks to people, she stares them right in the eyes.
○ Her pet's name is Maru-tan a turtle, she was a gift from Tomoe's parents.
○ When she was a kid she had long hair, but due to being confused with mermaids she cut it.
○ she keeps he mothers lab coat with her always :')
