personality
The way he act's is that of an innocent person-- he avoids meeting people and crowds at first but the more you get to know him he act's more romantic and kind. He has a problem with holding his tongue he always talks back, he love being sarcastic and causing people problems, he normal pulls lots of pranks on people. I guess he's just a troublesome kid =v=b

history:
He's grew up as an only son with his mom and dad who loved him very much,When Cielo was 14 his dad left them for another woman,his mother was sent into an asylum because of his father leaving them, she couldn't handle it she blamed her self for everything and started hurting her self , it was the only way. He left home to start a new life...He was 16 back then and that's when he meet Neon, a girl who he fell in love with sadly she died due to cancer, Cielo used he ability to give life to nonliving objects to make neon's favorite doll move, a bunny who Carrys a fragment of Neons soul.

Do you rp via notes by any chance? I've been in this group forever and havn't really had a chance to rp much yet. As such I hardly have any feel for my character and never draw her...=w=; I actually forgot HOW to draw her when I went to in class once XD
